Dr. Spencer is the Director of Clinical Operations, and an associate professor in the Division of Surgery and Biomechanics at the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (KSUCPM). He practices in affiliation with Lakewood Hospital, MetroHealth Medical Center and South Pointe Hospital and the Cleveland Foot & Ankle Clinic.
Dr. Spencer is currently the President of the American College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Spencer graduated from the former Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (OCPM) in 1987.
