Patricia Nicholas

Dr. Patricia Nicholas is a 1993 graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She completed her residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.  Her diplomate at the American Academy of Wound Management was conferred in 2001.  She ran multiple successful medical practices on the North Shore of Long Island, New York for over 20 years.
Over the past 4 years , She is practicing in Fort Myers, Florida at Orthopedic Center of Florida  specializing in non-surgical treatment of the foot and ankle. She is Board Certified in Lower Extremity Geriatrics.
She is the Founder and President of Kindest hearts Foundation, a non-profit organization servicing a rural town in Haiti by providing education, medical care and job.
She is the first minority president and the second woman president of the New York State Podiatric Medical Association (NYSPMA) and made advancements to population health agenda. She is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA). She chaired the Ethics Committee, Awards and Recognition Committee and Membership Committee, Public Education and Information Committee among many others.  She serves as Chair of the Podiatry Committee for the State of New York Workers’ Compensation Board. She is an adjunct clinical instructor at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. She is Past President of the Caribbean American Medical and Scientific Association.
