Rosemay Michel, DPM, FACPM

Dr. Michel graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1996, and completed her residency training at the Denver VA Medical Center. She then completed a Fellowship in Podopediatrics and Surgery at North General Hospital in New York City, and a Diabetic Foot/Limb Salvage Fellowship at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is Board Certified by ABPM and ABFAS and currently practices at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center in North Carolina.

Dr. Michel was involved with the Denver Boys and Girls Club and served on medical missions to Mexico during her training years. She also served on a medical mission trip to Haiti after the devastating earthquake in 2010. She helped establish temporary medical camps to working at the local hospital in patient care and surgical procedures.

Dr. Michel is the current elected Vice-President of the American College of Podiatric Medicine (ACPM.  She is also a member of the ABPM Qualification/In-Training Subsection Examination and Credentials committees, and serves as a liaison for the board on the Council of Podiatric Medical Education Residency Review Committee (RRC). She also participates as a CPME onsite residency program visit evaluator.
